Tiger Home inspectors are trained to analyze the condition of the home and provide a recommendation for solutions, whether the item calls for repairs, replacement or calling upon a specialist. Tiger home inspectors have many years of experience inspecting, building and repairing homes. They are professionally trained in all facets of home analysis including: plumbing, heating, electrical, mechanical and structural. Tiger Home Inspection has access to more than 40 licensed home inspectors. We serve Eastern Massachusetts, Greater Worcester area, the Cape and the islands, Rhode Island and Southern New Hampshire. As of September 2010 there is no licensing requirement in Rhode Island. However, when performing home inspections in Rhode Island, Tiger inspectors adhere to the Massachusetts licensing standards. The Tiger inspection team also includes members of The National Association of Home Inspectors (N.A.H.I) as well members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (A.S.H.I).
