Tiger Home Inspection has announced the launch of "Bilingual Seminars", which will offer "First Time Homebuyer" seminars conducted in Spanish and English, for the convenience of the region's Spanish-speaking population.

Tiger Home Inspection routinely conducts dozens of seminars each year on "What to look for when purchasing a new home," throughout their coverage area of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.

Now, the company will also make the seminars available in Spanish where it is requested. Tiger Home Inspection's on-staff inspector Nico DiStefano, is fluent in Spanish.

"Outreach to the Hispanic population is a high priority to us. We have received an increasing number of requests to conduct seminars in both English and Spanish, and are pleased to announce that we are now ready to meet that request," said Joseph Rizzo, CEO of Tiger Home Inspection.

He added, "Buying a house is an expensive investment. A home inspection provides an accurate, realistic assessment of that property's condition so that the homebuyer can make an informed decision. We do not advise clients as to whether they should purchase the property in question. What we do, instead, is provide them with a report that should help them make an informed decision."

No fee for the seminars; advance request necessary

Under the provisions of the new program, Tiger Home Inspection will work with neighborhood and civic organizations where there is a large concentration of Hispanic population to provide home inspection seminars in Spanish, or Spanish and English.
