GOLD HOME INSPECTION: This residential house inspection is designed for the home buyer who would like an extensive diagnostic residential home inspection evaluation. You will receive an on site generated, itemized house inspection report with written commentary and maintenance suggestions. This includes an FHA home inspection / VA-approved wood boring insect infestation report.
PLATINUM HOME INSPECTION: This home buyer inspection is ideal for the first-time home buyer or relocation company who wants an extensive diagnostic evaluation with further in depth house inspection information. You will receive a bound package that includes; a computer generated itemized residential home inspection report with written commentary, maintenance suggestions, a maintenance guide, and photographs of pertinent areas for your reference. This includes an FHA home inspection / VA approved wood boring insect infestation report.
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY INSPECTION: Designed for banks, commercial realtors and investors as well as individual buyers. This report will provide detailed information on the condition of many types of commercial, industrial, and professional buildings.
TITLE V PROPERTY INSPECTION: We perform Massachusetts State certified Title V property inspections upon request
