Categories of Inspection

Tiger Home Inspection, Inc. provides four specific types of inspections.They consist of our Gold Inspection, Gold Computerized Inspection, Platinum Inspection and Commercial Inspection. Please see below for details pertaining to each type of inspection.

GOLD: Designed for the home buyer that would like an extensive diagnostic evaluation combined with an oral presentation that should answer all your questions. You will receive an itemized report with written commentary and maintenance suggestions. This includes an FHA, VA approved Wood Destroying Insect Infestation report.

GOLD COMPUTERIZED REPORT: If you are interested in a computer generated report, Tiger can also provide you with this service. It is essentially the same inspection as the Gold Inspection, except that the report is computer generated. Our computerized inspection reports are generated onsite, during the inspection, using the industry’s leading software and premiere hardware. Upon completion of the report it is then emailed to the client or their representative in an easy to read PDF format.

PLATINUM: It is designed for the buyer that may not be able to attend the inspection, a relocation company or investors. Again, it is the same extensive inspection as the Gold Inspection and Computerized Gold Inspection except it includes photographs of pertinent areas for your reference. You will receive a package that includes; a computer generated itemized report with written commentary, maintenance suggestions, a maintenance guide, and photographs of pertinent areas for your reference. This includes an FHA/VA approved Wood Destroying Insect Infestation Report.

COMMERCIAL INSPECTION: It is designed for financial institutions, commercial realtors and investors as well as individual buyers. This report will provide detailed information on the condition of many types of commercial, industrial, and professional buildings.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Radon testing, water quality and quantity analysis, detecting the presence of wood-destroying insects with accompanying FHA, VA forms if needed.
