Carl Pucci, President, is a founding partner of Tiger Home Inspection and the former Chief Financial Officer. One of the first home inspectors licensed in Massachusetts, he was instrumental
in legislation that upgraded the standards, qualifications and ethics by which inspectors industry-wide operate under today. He has personally conducted more than 7,000 inspections.
Mr. Pucci designed and implemented a proprietary, high-intensity home inspection course for Tiger's staff, training more than 500 inspectors in the program. He has served as Education Chairman and on the Board of Directors for the New
England Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors in New England. He is a founding member of the Massachusetts Coalition of Independent Home Inspectors and a NAHI member.
Mr. Pucci is an instructor at various locations in teaching the skills of home inspection. He has worked with Bunker Hill Community College in the first public-private partnership to teach a course on the fundamentals of home inspection.
Sean B. Rizzo, Principal, Director of Marketing, is the second generation in the family business. Previously he served as Vice President of Business Development, and originally as a licensed lead paint inspector. Prior to 17 years
of experience in the industry, he obtained a degree in economics from the University of Connecticut.
Mr. Rizzo's work experience prior to joining Tiger Home Inspection was with the EMC Corporation, where he worked in Business Development in a territory that included New England, New York State, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and New Jersey.
Mr. Rizzo is a member of the Massachusetts Council of Independent Home Inspectors.
Joseph E. Rizzo, Jr, Treasurer, also continues in the family business legacy. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering at Wentworth Institute, he began his career in environmental contracting, site operations,
and environmental applications.
Mr. Rizzo Jr. is a Licensed Home Inspector with 10 years of experience, and holds a Pesticide Applicator's License. He is a member of the National Association of Home Inspectors. |
